The plumber that helped us was excellent and completed a complex 5-hour duration job perfectly. The management system was not good at all and a call to say "we are running a little late" turned into a five-hour delay with no explanation just feeble excuses. We will gladly use the plumber again - he was extremely competent and porofessional.

Service was great from Shameer, he gives good advice and the quality of the work is great. He does give expensive advice so watch your budget. I would recommend him but his price could be better. I would use his services again. Thank you Shameer.

The Installation Team worked well together. They were neat and cleaned up as far as possible after each day. They liaised with us when required. The Team Leader also communicated with us when we contacted him. He came to site when required to check up on the job and is a pleasant man.

Greater, in the office was a pleasure to deal with by email and telephone, it was easy to arrange for the quote and timing of site visit, changes to quote etc. Our contractor Riek was outstanding, the tiling was done to a very high standard, his staff were a pleasure to have in our home and we are very very happy with the result.

If ever you are looking to renovate your bathroom and you happen to be a perfectionist like I am, Vaughn is definitely your guy. I've never come across someone so meticulous, helpful and hands-on as he. He puts effort in perfecting each and every detail. Vaughn and his team surpassed every single one of my expectations before the scheduled date of completion. For the peace of mind I received, this project was one of my best experiences. Every single part worked out perfectly! Thank you to Molly who helped me get in touch with Vaughn after my constant nagging while searching for my perfect contractor.

The two-man team arrived, examined the work to be done, achieved it easily and most competently and were gone within a half hour! They were clear in their discussion of possible problems (none emerged) and really neat and efficient. Highly recommend them!

The plumbers and tilers were extremely professional and they did a great job retailing and installing my new shower. The only thing that the team should improve on is punctuality. I was very happy with the work and if i thought something wasn’t done correctly - the team fixed it upon my request which built a lot of trust in the business.

The service received was phenomenal. After months of struggling with back and forth with the plumbing on our kitchen sink, we were eventually sent pictures and concise reasons for the leak and what we needed to resolve. I completely renovated my bathrooms last year. Vaughn Harris and his team did excellent work. Prices were competitive, the consultation process was thorough and patient, and the workmanship was very good. Vaughn discusses all options with you before going ahead and is a good problem solver if any issues materialise on-site. I definitely recommend his services. I've used other contractors for other jobs and they don't come close to my experience with Vaughn and his team.
